Psalm 24
1The earth is the LORD's, and the fulness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein.
Deliverance comes when your inner man (the real you) speaks to what is tormenting you. To frustrate the enemy is to call him out openly.
The enemy will not leave until you clearly open up your mouth and you provoke your christian rights on him and you with authority command him to leave.
